Côte D'azure is home to the film festival in Cannes, Monte carlo and it's casino, the exclusive jet set scene outside of Nice and Antibes. Go here, bask in the glory of movie stars, eat fresh seafood and drink rosé till dawn!
There are different specialties from different regions and also naturally deepening on the season, but we have chosen a few things that stand out:

French meat stew with lots of read wine and meet that has is very tender after simmering in the sauce for hours. A hint of smoked flavors compliment to the bacon.
Great desert, a vanilla tasting delicate pudding with a thin hard crust of burnt sugar on top.
